Aero 150 was held in Gatineau, Quebec on April 30th, 2017 and La Patrouille de France were guests from France. It was the third time that this troup has visited Canada..the first time was in 1986 at expo 86 in Vancouver.

Betty-Anne McDonald

I was born and raised in Huntsville, Ontario and moved to Ottawa as a young adult. Married for more than 50 years now; 3 sons, 3 daughter-in-laws, 6 grandsons and 4 granddaughters! As a young girl I remember receiving a paint-by-number for Christmas one year and spent almost every free moment working at it until it was completed...and of course that was on the top of the list the following year. It wasn't until some 5 decades later that I began taking some tole painting classes at night school. My real excitement for painting began the first time I tried to paint from a photo of our two grandsons ... I was so thrilled to see it actually looked like them (well, from behind...no faces involved)...I haven't really stopped working at it...
